if Grey's Anatomy were Glee and Glee were Grey's Anatomy

and I could pick only the greatest similarity for each character... Regarding to some degree their physical appearances, but far more their psychological patterns + their place within the community.

[I've seen five seasons of the Anatomy and soon two Glee seasons.]

So if the Glee Club students would try to take care of the patients in Seattle Hospital, and all them doctors would enter that New York school for making good music... ...these are the roles I would see interchanged:

1

Alexandra "Lexie" Grey
Emma Pillsbury

2

Isobel "Izzie" Stevens
Quinn Fabray

3

Calliope "Callie" Torres
Mercedes Jones

4

Miranda Bailey
Shannon Beiste

5

Cristina Yang
Santana Lopez

6

Mark Sloan
Noah "Puck" Puckerman

7

Derek Shepherd
Will Shuester

8

Meredith Grey
Rachel Berry

9

Sadie Harris
Tina Cohen-Chang

10

Alex Carev
Finn Hudson

11

Owen Hunt
Kurt Hummel

12

George O'Malley
Sam Evans

13

Olivia Harper
Brittany Pierce

14

Dennison "Denny" Duquette
Artie Abrams

15

Richard Webber
Principal Figgins

Get Happy!! with Elvis Costello

1980

Costello has turned 58 years already now. While the 70's turned into the 80's he made his very most energetic tracks (still with The Attractions). GET HAPPY!! would have been my favourite Elvis-album - if he had stopped after half the songs. But as he sang: "I can't stand up for falling down". On the other side it has it's charm that the second part of the double album is less glimmering, rather dark, giving the clown his shadow to lean upon. Although my head clearly remembers only songs from the first, more light and springy half. Anyhow whole album seems to be a modern tribute to soul and R'n'B.

most Amusing songs: LOVE FOR TENDER + MEN CALLED UNCLE

most Beautiful songs: RIOT ACT + CLOWNTIME IS OVER

most Sexy songs: HUMAN TOUCH + OPPORTUNITY

most Smart songs: NEW AMSTERDAM + GIRLS TALK (Bonus track)

Seconds of Pleasure with Rockpile

The fundament of Dave Edmunds and Nick Lowe finally released a full record under their identity Rockpile, in 1980.

Well, believe I agree that their solo albums is more rich on interesting material - even though this gets five stars from amg, in good company with early Lowe and (almost) Edmunds, these late 70's rock'n'rollers. My points would've been higher if they had included some songs from the Everly Brothers cover EP into main LP. Since they already had add some Berry and more to their own compositions.

most Amusing song:
TEACHER TEACHER
by Philips & Pickett

most Beautiful song:
bonus track (I DO MY) CRYING IN THE RAIN
by Greenfield & King

most Sexy song:

To the Soul with Frida Hyvönen

Maybe strongest swedish album of this year?!

Keep repeating it again, in a hypnotized way I seldom do anymore, though I thought I got enough during spring. Well, Frida's northern wind is so deeply rooted in everyday life and death, that it reaches against something eternal.

KALEIDOSCOPE with Siouxsie & the Banshees

Released 1980, co-creating the new wave movement from punk into (synth)pop, in some gothic way

I can return to their music without ever getting bored - maybe since I never really get the whole structure, but feel it possesses an appearant one.

This seems to be the most well-crafted among their early albums. Also exiting to compare with TINDERBOX from six years later, a completely different record, but still impossible to mistake for another band.

Labour of Lust with Nick Lowe

eLe

his second main album made 1979.
During the first side, I can't really feel Lowe's high five-star quality. Except in the excellent piece "Cruel to be kind" of course! But then through the B-side he begins again to making melodies which rocks so fine, funny and cool as ever.

On Nick's first record Jesus of Cool I believe the punkish elements makes more sense. Well, surely I need more time to grasp this unique craftmanship - my opinions about his music (including the time it was a part of) have changed many times.

Obviously my favourites on L o L Lowe co-composed with Ian Gomm and more. His Rockpile-companion Dave Edmunds seems even more worth discovering...
