Love With No End : Kieslowski Films With Szapolowska

My way into really watching movies, started with Krzysztof Kieslowski's wonderful masterpieces, a decade after they were made.

First it must have been a recording of the Blue Film about the composer. Then I hired and dwelled into some of the ten stories of Dekalog. Zbigniew Preisner's music scores strongly contributed to why I fell in love with the polish atmospheres and people...

...but even more a girl and her polish mother I got to know 2002. The investigation continued with Irene Jacob in Double Life of Veronique + The Red Film. Some years later we went to cinema for his earlier "Camera Buff". And "Blind Chance" a friend got me interested in long before I saw it in real life.

Realise almost every K. Kieslowski piece is about trying to get close to some person you're not supposed to get close to. Or rather enjoying the potential, the process of keeping the person at a distance...? Anyhow in ways not allowed or not expected! And thereby the moral dilemmas included, from two or more perspectives...

Here follows two movies Krzystof K. made with Grazyna Szapolowska in main roles. In this actual form I haven't seen them until now (...as I'm heading for Krakow).
