Originally Unreleased 1966-67. We've heard half of the songs on other B.B.-albums. This is their first (or last) attempt with this material. "Backing Vocals Montage" seems very good as a bonus bounce to dive deeper into how their waves are really intertwined. I who adored the candy on "real" album Smiley Smile -67, though find myself confronted with a TOO sweet world this time. Moreover I have to melt all the vegetables before saying something more (maybe hasn't already been said).
FRESH CREAM
Cream -66
Felt like just boring blues six-seven years ago. Now sounds like LOVE is trying to bring Roy Orbison and Black Sabbath into the same shape, and succeeding! Here and there extremely creative, while some pieces still feels too one-eyed. "Disraeli Gears" at first seemed a more funny follow-up - now they are the other way around.

Velvet Underground -67
At first I only liked the songs where Nico sings, maybe because of her calming voice. But since listening to Lou Reed's solo works last year, I appreciate all the pieces now. The record handles harmonious melodies as well as dissobidient artfulness. They should have played many of Dylan's songs, it would have sound more interesting than many of his own interpretations. That's less true for Donovan (who I adore more) but that Lou and his friends shows similarities with Donovan on this album is a new discovery now.

For the most part I first heard his own versions (from daddy's collection). But during the years I've come across covers here and there. Well, in Burt's case the pieces often were written directly for different singers to make, since his main roles were the composer's and the conductor's.
